If you've read Peter Mayle's 'A Year in Provence' this is the setting. We are literally a stones throw from Menerbes, the village where he lived and wrote, some 30 years ago. And not much as changed it seems!
The villages are still quaint, the bars he talks about still exist, the roads are still as treacherous and the French attitude to life is still overtly apparent. This is the Provence we came in search for ....
